Defining and Mapping of Languishing Crafts in India

The research project aimed to define the parameters of a languishing craft by studying and identifying a minimum of 30 languishing crafts in six geographical regions across India. The study was conducted for the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and the the definition of Languishing Crafts which was arrived at through this study adopted.
